What I Learn?
Use petroleum jelly and get a warm towel ready to use too. Apply the jelly and wipe it and use lip balm soon after.
Mix teaspoon of sugar and honey together and use apply it on the lips. Be sure to wipe and use lip balm soon after.
Do I Want To Do This?
I am interested in doing this because I keep having dry lips.
