What I Learn?

First you get the materials you need in order to make a skirt. You must measure the pieces and the length of the skirt. Then you cut what you need.

Now sew however you wished to do. Just follow the instructions on the page on the sewing since there's a lot on this on there.

After you get done sewing the pieces together, you should get a tiered skirt that you made yourself.
