What I Learn?

Losing weight is sometimes hard.


You just have to start exercising 5 days out of a week. And up to hour... no less than 30 minutes. Cardiovascular workouts are the best thing to do.

Running, swimming, biking, hiking and more are the best things to do to help lose weight.

The site also lists other exercises that you can do too.

Also, the main thing... you gotta eat healthy too. A balance diet is the main thing you gotta be able to do.

Do I Want To Do This?

YES! Actually, I have been trying to do a lot of things to help me figure out how to lose weight. Any suggestions is welcome.

So yes, I do want to do this.
