What I learn?
There's a lot of companies and work places that harassment and discrimination happens at. This video talks about how to remember what happened during harassment and discrimination. There's a list that asks what you remember what happened during and after the report... it helps a lot to keep you from being scared of what happens to you. Especially, if they are wrong. There's an app called Spot that can help you report if a harassment or discrimination that happens. You can use this same app to report it to your employer. It's a good app if you want to stay anonymous. This app is helpful for people who are afraid.
What I think?
This is actually a good listen/ watch. I don't work but I know my brother has experience this a lot of times because of his speech impairment. As always, if you feel like something is wrongful in your workplace or in fact, anywhere, don't be afraid to report it. Reporting things can have many good things... it's time to stand up for yourself and not be afraid... no more harassment and discrimination in your workplace.
